Essential Oil Blends for Diarrhea, Fibrositis

Diarrhea may be caused by a whole range of conditions which generally fall into the three categories of food-related, nerve-related, and viral-related. In all cases, drink large quantities of water. Follow the same treatment but use the oils which are appropriate to your particular condition: Food * Chamomile 2 drops * Peppermint 3 drops * Eucalyptus 1 drop Nerves * Chamomile 1 drop * Eucalyptus 2 drops * Lavender 3 drops Viral * Thyme 3 drops * Lavender 2 drops * Tea Tree 1 drop Use one of the recipes above, dilute in 1 teaspoon Massage Oil and massage over the whole of the abdomen area.

Relaxing Foot Bath

* Myrrh 4 drops * Chamomile 4 drops * Mandarin 4 drops * Lemon 3 drops * Massage Oil 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Fill a basin with warm water, and add the above formula. Swirl the water to disperse the blended oils and relax for at least 15 minutes
